Isn't this tempting? It is, but IT'S FAKE, IT'S A TRAP!

I got this offer through SMS, twice! Apart from the possibility of this offer being a scam, this SMS is illegal for two reasons
- Telemarketers are not supposed to send communications to numbers who are registered in the National Do Not Call Registry, which my number is! Fact that I received the SMSs makes it evident that the telemarketers are not interested in Rules & Procedures.
- Even if you filter numbers you sent SMS to, you have to strictly follow a rule laid for telemarketer, that source of SMS should be tracable, which means either the SMS should carry the mobile number from which it is sent or if custom sender (this SMS came from YAHOOMSN) is being used it should be prefixed by two characters that identifies the operator and the location from where sms is being sent. For ex. TM-YAHOOMSN. This SMS didn't do this.
