This could only happen if we have clean chits in BMC who do not take bribes and let them off. It now gets more difficult to believe any road side vendor who sells cold stuff. But that way its not just Nimboo Paani ice that would get affected but a lot more things. But again the question remains. "Would a hospital sell ice rather than using it till it melts off completely?" Anyways, Its a good advice to not have road-side food. It might be a possibility.
