This blog gets Google Sitelinks

What are the criteria based on which Google provides Sitelinks for a particular site/blog? Honestly I never understood it. But today when I casually searched for term 'jalaj', the sitelinks too showed up in the search results.

This revelation did boost my morale and made reconsider start publishing to this blog again which has been inactive for long and even crossing a big milestone of 1 million page views failed to make me sit again posting.

The Google Webmasters tools include all the current site links and nothing more and allows me o block any address from showing up on sitelinks. I would have loved to see some other posts on sitelinks rather that a few that make no sense currently.

When do sitelinks appear? I guessed that it might be keywords for which my blog appears on the top, but this assumption failed when I tried searching for 'Downloading Windows Update Agent 5.8.02469' and 'Windows Update Agent 5.8.02469' which throws this blog on the top of search results. And for information this is the highest viewed post on this blog registering thousands of pageviews each day.
