3rd World Sudoku Championship 2008
Results (Update 17/Apr/2008 3.30AM IST): While the official site is yet to announce the results more than 10 hours after the scheduled closure of the tournament, we managed to get a glimpse of final result thanks to TimeOnline UK that published just 15 minutes ago. Thomas Snyder, of the United States won the championship for the second year running and the team competition was won by the Czech Republic. Original News here
The 3rd World Sudoku Championship (WSC3) is scheduled to be held in Goa (India) on 14-17 April 2008. That’s just about 2 months to go! (Update 19.02.0

Last year leading Indian newspaper Times Of India announced National Sudoku Championship 2007 between 6th jan and 18th Feb 2007. Competitions were held at Major Indian cities and Regional Rounds and National Finals at Mumbai, to pick the participants for representing India at 2nd World Sudoku Championship in the Czech Republic.
This year there’s no official news as to when the selection for Indian Team would begin and whether there would be a National Sudoku Championship this year, but the same is expected soon as there is a visible movement on the previous official site for Indian Championship at sudokuchamps.in. It’s also possible that this year a new site sudokumasters.in is officially announced for the same. Either ways I am eager to hear the news . For those who have not tried playing sudoku or find it tough here is the link to Sudoku Tutor 3i that I developed way back in 2006. Sized at 14KB, it just requires Internet Explorer 5 or above.

Keep watching your email… especially on 14th and early morning 15th… you will be told how to enter practice tests and then when and where will the PDF will be available…

pliz tell me when are the results goin to come out for the sudoku online qualifying test
also when i was givin the test when last 2 minutes was left the power went off so i could not log off
so will that lead to my disqualification
pliz mail me the details as soon as possible
