How much searches does Google Trends need?
Starting 15th May Google has replaced Google Zeitgeist with the New Google Trends. While Zeitgeist provided a monthly categorized Search Trends 20 search strings each in Web, News and Inages, Google Trends places before you daily list of 100 search strings updated many times a day.
For each of the search string it also shows a graph depicting how frequently the search were carried throughout the day. Google, though, has kept away from disclosing the number of searches, which it should have showed in the graph along y axis.
Related searches are also shown on a side. It's here that Google seems to have gone wrong somewhere. Does dancing with the stars wardrobe malfunction relates to paula abdul broken nose in any way?

By the way, unintentionally, I embedded in my post two search strings, which should be currently hot in searches. What if someone does this intentionally? Google has thus provided (so called) SEOs with all the keywords that they can use to make the position of their pages rise in search results (though for keywords that doesn't relate to them at all). Is Google prepared to handle the misuse?
